The Lecien Corporation, based in Japan, has been in business since 1946 producing fine quality cotton fabrics and embroidery floss. Our popular Cosmo floss line includes 443 solids, Seasons, a beautiful variegated floss in 80 colors, and a new metallic-look thread called Sparkles in 7 colors. We also offer a 2-strand thread spool called Multi-Work in 95 colors. We are well known for the exquisite design and craftsmanship of our products in the quilting and stitching communities. Our international design team manages to stay current of the trends while instilling a timeless quality to the fabric.
The Lecien USA office and warehouse was established in Emeryville, California in the spring of 2009 to better serve our US clients. We import our fabrics and embroidery floss from Japan and ship from our warehouses in both Northern and Southern California. Lecien is a wholesale-only company.
