Scrappy Rainbow Star Quilt Block
Turn a simple eight-pointed starflower block into a rainbow block with this Scrappy Rainbow Star Quilt Block tutorial. This quilt block pattern is an easy way to use up tiny colors of different scraps. Make a bunch of scrappy blocks, each of a different hue, and then cut them into half-square triangles. Arrange the triangles in a star pattern so that each point of the star is a different color. Use solid white, gray, or black half-square triangles as the background to really make the rainbow pop.

I love this quilt idea. I sure wish it was on this page as a PDF so it could be downloaded and could be printed out for easy construction of the quilt.
