I had to click on this quilt tutorial due to the name, "Figgy Christmas Quilt" since it reminds me of the funny Christmas song when the singers demand figgy pudding. While the quilt design doesn't bring the particular lyric line to mind, it is nonetheless a really nice quilt. I like that there is a mix of colors and a nice area of applique in addition to the pieced part. Super idea resulting in a super pretty winter/Christmassy quilt!

I do make quilts for each holiday/season. There's nothing more fun that breaking out the fall quilts each year and then the Christmas ones. Spring and Summer are pretty much the same quilt year round but when October rolls around my whole house transforms. Every room gets a new quilt/pillow/throw/table runner etc... Just wish I had more time to make more! Happy quilting!
