I just found it. I went to iamlunssol.com the photo is courtesy of that website and that's where i found the template and directions under her tutorial tab.

I love Snow White, so I'm a huge fan of this project. I almost wish there was a collection of these like I would love a magic mirror mini quilt or something to pair with it. Great project.
