I love this project for its simplicity! Following along the lines of a vintage tea towel or any tea towel is a great way to practice the skill of free motion quilting without having to mark a quilt. This would make a wonderful gift for someone at the holidays. Free motion does take practice so don't get worried if it takes a few tries to get one looking the way you want it to. Now, where to find vintage tea towels?
