what is meant by" authentic quilt". Is there a special fabric or design and if so where can I purchase

"Authentic", as indicated in this context, is referring to the line of fabrics used in the quilt. It's by Sweetwater (which developed the line for Moda); the fabric line came out in 2009, so I'm not entirely sure whether it's still for sale or not.
