Global Aid Network
Born from a humanitarian outreach of the Josh McDowell Ministry to the former Soviet Union, Global Aid Network (GAiN) was launched in September 2003. Under Josh McDowell’s leadership from the 1990s to 2003, this outreach, known as Operation Carelift, ministered to thousands of men, women, and children in the wake of the economic hardship left after the Soviet Union’s dissolution. Upon becoming a separate agency in 2003, GAiN joined networks with other like-minded offices to become what is now GAiN Worldwide. Today, independent GAiN resource offices are located in Canada, Germany, Holland, Korea, Australia, Austria and Spain.
Global Aid Network(GAiN) is a 501-c-3 organization that ships humanitarian aid worldwide. Our Logistics Center is located in Mt Joy, Pennsylvania, where the aid is processed and packed for shipment. We also have a sewing center onsite where quilt kits are prepared, and donated quilt tops are completed.
