Wow this ruffled mini wallet is so different then any other wallet and a great gift idea for a little girl,teen or adult. It is really easy to make and you can use leftover fabrics for it. a lot of photos to give you the confidence to finish this project. You can use fat quarters or regular fabric in same color or different ones. I think I am going to use a different color for each ruffle to spice it up and maybe a little bow on top row. Simple,easy and a fun project. Give one to your little girl or grand daughter and watch that smile.
