"This modern little hot pad is perfect for your kitchen, hostess gifts, or even housewarming gifts! This is a quick and easy project that uses a simple paper piecing template that you can print at home. This project is a perfect way to use even the skinniest scraps. The only other supplies you'll need are Insul-Bright and cotton batting. The octagonal shape is fun and functional and easy to sew. This is also a great pattern to start paper piecing if you haven't given it a swing before!"
