    Learn How to Make Fabric Yo-Yos for yo yo quilts and other fabric yo yo projects with this simple tutorial! These little yo-yos make great scrap fabric projects because they can be made with the smallest circles of fabric. Make them in several sizes! Simply cut out fabric using a circle of cardboard as a template and stitch around the edge with a running stitch. Then pull the ends of the thread together for a gathered effect!
