I really like this turkey applique, it is so cute! One could vary the sizes for different projects, such as placemats, napkins, dishtowels or table runners. I love using felt and layering it to give dimension and finishing it off with the blanket stitch. You could vary the colors you use on different projects too. I need to make some of these this year! It is another project for my "to make" list!

I used this applique last year on some kitchen towels that I gave as gifts. Everyone loved them! And said they where very cute. I may do a few more this year. Diane
