Kaleidoscope Kites Quilt
Chain piecing has never looked so bright as it does in the Kaleidoscope Kites Quilt. Beginner quilters will find this pattern to be invaluable in its approach to making all of the quilt blocks, while more advanced quilters can enjoy experimenting with different color schemes for their kites. Once you're done, stand back and admire how your squares seem to be floating like real kites all because of the helpful quilt block patterns you learned to use in this tutorial.

Wow, is this a pretty quilt, perfect for spring or what? I love, love, love this sweet pattern! The tutorial is one of the best, especially for beginning quilters and would be a really fun one to tackle this spring! The colors are very pretty, but you could do your own thing if you wanted. I would probably follow her colors for the first quilt, but perhaps make another one with different colors for fun. You could use solid colors or prints as shown in the author's quilt. Super fun one that I must add to my "to make" list! Thanks for sharing!
