Raggedy Basketweave Quilt
The Raggedy Basketweave Quilt is a creative quilt pattern that combines elements of rag quilting, quilt-as-you-go methods, and cheater quilts. Rather than piecing the top, you'll stitch strips of fabric or jelly roll directly on to your batting and backing. The whole process only takes a few hours! Timeless quilt patterns like this introduce you to some traditional quilting styles, like strip quilt piecing. Beginners should definitely give this free quilt pattern a try. Also, if you're in a bind and need to make a gift, this free project is ideal because it is so fast and quick.

Oh, my gosh this is such a fun idea! I plan on trying this in flannel to get even more of a fray to the quilt. I can't wait to get started on this quilt. The designer has done a great job explaining the steps. I will be sharing my photos when done
