Subway Tile Inspired Quilt Top
Stacked bricks quilt patterns are great for fat quarter patterns, baby quilts, and more! This lap-sized variation, created by Alicia Steele, has a modern style that will brighten any room of the house. Graphic prints work to create a bold effect that makes this pattern look harder than it truly is.
From the Blogger: "This quilt is a fun way to use a fat quarter bundle. I love the look of subway tiles and I wanted to replicate that look on a quilt top. This top comes together super quickly and it is super easy. This is a great project for a new quilter. This quilt top comes together really quickly and the fun graphic prints make it really pop! This is a lap size quilt top, perfect for sitting on the couch with."

Very cute idea for a quilt. I do like subway tile, so this is a pleasing pattern to me. The instructions are mostly via video, so that may make it difficult for some to follow. Experienced quilters should be able to figure it out though. Using fat quarters would be nice, but I bet that you could use your larger scrap pile too if you wanted.

What a bold pattern! I think this would be ideal for a dorm room. My cousin would absolutely love it...
