This quilt was a joy to make. I entered it in the Edgerton, WI quilt show and won First Place. I tried for ten years to win first place! I also added a 2 1/2 in brown border to keep the pieced border stable. It is well worth your time to make it!!

Oh my goodness, this quilt is just so absolutely BEAUTIFUL but I look at the image and think "WHAAAAT, how will I EVER be able to make something like that?". I have never quilted but I am teetering on the brink of jumping in and seeing if I can actually swim in the quilting world, lol! OK so I won't be starting on this indescribably gorgeous quilt but I am going to keep this pattern on my bucket list. And I WILL get there!!

I think this quilt is so beautiful, and I really love that along with traditional autumn colors, there's also an array of brighter shades. Such a pretty quilt for autumn.
