30s Flair Fabric Covered Box
Your gift will be even more memorable if it comes inside a 30s Flair Fabric Covered Box. This precious little small quilt project isn't hard to do at all; grab some fat quarter quilt patterns that you think the receiver will like and use this tutorial to make them into a cushioned surface that gives any gift box a more classy look. It's easy to wrap, and will very likely find a lasting place in the receiver's home due to its beautiful decorative appeal.

I love these 30s flair fabric covered boxes and can see so many uses for them. How great would it be to receive a gift in one. A 2 in one gift because you can use it after to store things in or a great way to put things away on desk or end tables because the boxes are so pretty it can be part of a decor. I am going to make one to put by my sewing table to use as a pin cushion and put some supplies in. I will make the top as a pin cushion. So super easy and great tutorial and super easy.

What a nice idea! A gift inside another gift is always a special surprise. I would cover the walls and inside of the box with fabric using glue to give the project an even more finished look. These would make lovely jewelry boxes and would look nice on a dresser.
