This pattern is so pretty. I haven't really taken the time to really look at a Storm At Sea quilt and I just love the colors and how they go together to create such a grand design. The black and whites in the fabric bundle mentioned on the blog are just stunning. I love the waviness the blocks create. Now I'm going to have to think about making one of these!

Storm at Sea is a classic quilt pattern. It's motion between light and dark and squares and diamonds adds to the illusion of waves and foam. Adding the extra dark block adds an interesting block that you wouldn't normally pick out. Looking forward to starting a storm at sea soon.
