wondering if you could make 12 x squares joined together, then just cut on the angle...would produce the same effect...using the bits cuts off for borders...just a thought.

I loved the idea of this pattern and actually tried it. Lesleydrury was right, the seam allowance isn't there and I had cut off points all over the place. Not so much fun!

I am confused--where is the seam allowance ??? seems when u sew them together the point of the angled square on the side will be "cut" off. Your drawings don't show this but then you never show a photo of the real thing. So, how do u do it?
